At Home Luxury Scents, we want your home to be a sanctuary of fragrance; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all candle seals and diffuser packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused luxury scents in their original boutique packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to print and attach to the exterior of your return box.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
