What is the burn time of Home Luxury Scents candles?
Our signature 10oz candles typically provide 60 to 70 hours of aromatic burn time, provided the wick is trimmed to 1/4 inch before each lighting.
Are your fragrance oils and waxes eco-friendly?
Yes, we use a proprietary blend of natural soy and coconut wax. All our fragrances are phthalate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free to ensure a clean, safe burn for your home.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer returns if I don't like a scent?
We want you to love your home's aroma. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unlit and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What should I do if my glass vessel arrives broken?
While we pack our luxury items with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo of the product and packaging to our support team within 48 hours for a free replacement.
Can I reuse the candle jars?
Absolutely. Once 1/2 inch of wax remains, stop use, clean the vessel with warm soapy water, and repurpose it as a stylish chic planter, stationery holder, or vanity organizer.
